Baseline options
Results table
► The app loads, displays and analyses a set of data with some typical settings. You can adjust the settings to get a feel of how the app works

► You can load your own data as csv, txt or xlsx and the format will be detected

► Your data should be organised as in the example data (see the Data tab) with a column of Time followed by any number >1 of columns of absorbance readings

► Try to avoid spaces or empty wells in data files

► The green boxes are where parameters that affect curve analysis are adjusted: % lysis, threshold for interpolation, and baseline

► The default setting of 50 'percent change' calculates a time for 50% clotting and lysis but can be changed

► The code traps errors but if the data is noisy and the program crashes try increasing the 'threshold' absorbance value

► Increasing the 'threshold' gives more robust analysis but is less accurate because it avoids interpolation and gives results at the nearest time point

► 'Baseline options' allow the baseline to be set in 3 ways using the radio buttons and additional input text boxes

► Set the baseline to find a satisfactory point for 100% lysis

► The blue boxes allow adjustable settings that affect the way clotlysis curves are plotted

► The orange box contains the table of results, either selected parameter or the complete set of results

► Plots and results can be expanded to full screen for detailed inspection
